THCF Medical Clinics (THCF) has several physicians and nurse practitioners who help qualified patients obtain a state permit for medical marijuana in Washington state andOregon. At our clinics, we help qualified patients who want to obtain a state permit to become legal medical marijuana patients. so they can legally possess, use and grow cannabis.

Patients are qualified if they’ve been previously diagnosed with chronic pain, chronic nausea, AIDS, cancer, glaucoma, hepatitis, chronic muscle spasms and other spastic disorders such as multiple sclerosis, seizure disorders such as epilepsy, gastrointestinal disorders such as IBS, Crohn’s disease and the inability to eat, or patients who have medical treatments for other conditions that cause one of these conditions.

At our clinics, our doctors and nurses conduct a thorough physical exam. Patients must have current medical records that validate their medical condition so our physicians can review them. We do not perform diagnostic testing, so it is vital that each patient have current medical records that show a diagnosis of one of the qualifying conditions. After the physician reviews a patient’s medical records, then the doctor conducts an interview with each patient, then writes several pages of medical documents that permit the patient to legally possess, use and grow medical marijuana. Our staff educates each patient about the specifics of their state’s medical marijuana law, and about alternatives to smoking marijuana, such as vaporization and eating foods cooked with marijuana. We help patients locate resources to obtain medical marijuana, information and resources about growing their own and obtaining seeds or starter plants for a patient’s garden.
