About

THCF Medical Clinics (THCF) is a nonprofit organization that has physicians who currently help qualified patients obtain a state permit for medical marijuana in Washington State and Oregon, so they can legally possess, use and grow larger amounts of cannabis, purchase cannabis at a significant discount at marijuana dispensaries, buy stronger extracts and edibles, and travel with cannabis.

THCF Medical Clinics began helping patients in Oregon in 1999 and expanded with offices in Washington State, Hawaii, Colorado, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, Arizona and California. THCF Medical Clinics has helped over 270,000 patients become legal medical marijuana cardholders, seeing patients in 60 cities, working with 45 MDs. THCF has helped more people become legal medical marijuana patients than anyone else on Earth. THCF has also produced a cable TV show in Portland, Oregon called Cannabis Common Sense since 1996, with 1,150 episodes as of April 2023.

In 2016, our original business and offices were stolen by Canadian “sharks” using forgeries and lawyers that were paid over 2 million dollars, filing over 30,000 pages of legal documents, then cheating us out of a trial. They have taken our old business public on the Toronto and Frankfurt stock exchanges and continued to cheat their investors and other business owners in fraudulent schemes and ‘pump and dumps.”

Patients are qualified for their state’s medical marijuana authorization if they’ve been diagnosed with chronic pain, chronic nausea, post traumatic stress disorder, AIDS, cancer, glaucoma, hepatitis, chronic muscle spasms and other spastic disorders such as multiple sclerosis, seizure disorders such as epilepsy, gastrointestinal disorders such as IBS, Crohn’s disease and the inability to eat, or patients who have medical treatments for other conditions that cause one of these conditions.

At our clinics, our doctors will help you become a licensed medical marijuana patient. Our doctors review medical records, record physical information and conduct interviews with each patient, then write several pages of medical documents that permit the patient to legally possess, use and grow medical marijuana. Our doctors and staff educate each patient about the specifics of their medical condition, how cannabis may help and their state’s medical marijuana law. We also can advise about alternatives to smoking marijuana, such as vaporization and eating foods cooked with marijuana, and about Full Extract Cannabis Oil-FECO (also known as RSO or Rick Simpson Oil), and the benefits of THC, THCA, CBD, CBG, CBN and terpenes. We help patients locate resources to obtain medical marijuana and about discounts at marijuana dispensaries, learn about traveling with marijuana, or about growing their own and obtaining seeds or starter plants for a patient’s garden.
